While we endeavour to provide the best possible holiday experience sometimes things can and do go wrong. Should any issue occur while you are on the tour, it is imperative that you discuss this with your guide immediately. They will do their best to rectify the situation, if possible, so that any affect on the rest of your trip is minimised. Please also feel free to provide us feedback immediately or via the contact point on our website. Please do so within 30 days of the completion of your walk. But we do ask that you be aware that it is very difficult for us to provide any practical help after the walk is complete.
